MADARS, MILOU, WESTGATE, & CREW, GO EXPLORING IN ELEMENT’S NEW “SEARCH” VIDEO

Sometimes a skate video isn’t about stacking the heaviest street hammers or battling security at famous plazas. Sometimes it’s just about grabbing the crew, traveling somewhere new, and finding whatever weird terrain looks skateable.

That’s pretty much the vibe behind Element Skateboards’ new team video “Search.”

Instead of focusing on classic city spots, the project follows the Element crew exploring remote locations and turning whatever they find into skate terrain. The result is a video full of scenic backdrops, creative obstacles, and skating that feels more like a travel mission than a traditional team edit.

The video features a big mix of Element riders including Madars Apse, Jaakko Ojanen, Vincent Milou, and Brandon Westgate, and they all bring the kind of powerful skating you’d expect from each of them.

One of the surprise standouts is Vinicius Costa, who shows up with fast lines, big pop, clean tricks, and effortless style. His clips have that locked-in precision and power that immediately catches your eye. That kickflip noseblunt was wild.

The whole video flows between riders rather than focusing on full individual parts, which makes it feel more like a skate trip montage than a traditional team video.

Our Verdict: Definitely Worth the Watch

Even if you’re mostly here to see a few clips from your favorite pros, the scenery alone makes this one interesting. The spots feel different from the usual plazas and stair sets we see in most skate edits, and the vibes make you feel like you’re part of the adventure. All of that, paired with good skating and music, makes this video hit just right.

If nothing else, it might make you start looking at random roads, hills, and overlooked terrain a little differently.
